Many people use Chilton House for a short break. Some come whilst family or carers are on holiday, whilst others who live on their own come for a few days holiday. Chilton House can offer the comfort of a Country House Hotel with the benefit of twenty four hour care and support.
All our short stay rooms have en-suite facilities including a walk in shower. Some are situated on the ground floor with large French windows that open onto the terrace. All rooms have digital radios and televisions with Freeview channels and DVD player and a direct dial telephone.
Our Registered Nurse supported by a team of nursing assistants and qualified carers are there should you need help with personal care such as help to walk to the lavatory and assistance with bathing, showering and getting dressed.
The services of all our support staff are available to you during your stay. At least one physiotherapist is on duty each weekday and our hairdresser visits twice weekly, working out of our own hair salon. We are can also provide the services of a visiting chiropodist and beautician and have access to a range of alternative therapies.
We have a regular varied programme of optional activities that all our residents, no matter how long they are staying, are welcome to join in with.
Fees
Room fees are from £199.00 per night - inclusive of all nursing and personal assistance, meals laundry and a daily newspaper. Physiotherapy is £39.00 per 30 minute session.
