At Chilton House we retain the services of a dedicated local GP who makes regular visits.  There is also emergency GP cover for out of hours service.   Our Nursing Staff and the GP will maintain close links with your Consultant.   Our service continues after you have returned home as we encourage you to keep in touch with our friendly care team for advice and reassurance should you need it.
